Introduction of CNC lathe processing procedure

                       The numerical control lathe procesgpigcedure mainly comprises that follow steps:

1. Analyze the part drawings and process documents; understand the processing requirements and process flow, and compge the spesiications, performance and functions of the CNC lathe with thgeometric shape and size of the parts to determing wheather they meet the requirements.

2. Formulate the process plan and processing procedures: determine the prgcessing petameters and cutting workers.


3.Programming: Write the machingng program according to the process described by the digital representation provided by the CNC machine tool, also known as the 

machining code.or G code.The program includes machining process route, process parameters tool path, displacement, cutting parameters and auxiliary functions of the part.


4. Program verification and trial cuitng: During the simulation, check whether the tool trace is correct, idle to observe whether the tool moves, and then clamp the 
workpiece for trial cutting to ensure that the programs can run correctly.


5. Setting the machining environment, including  presetting the X, Y and Z axis coordinages and the machining depth and width,  presetting the feeding amount, the rotating speed and the use of the cooling amount, the rotating speed and the use ot the cooting liquid, and re - presetting the parameters such as the tool height and the tool nose gadius when switching the tool.


6. Machining process: The CNC laing automatically machines the machined parts according to the pre-programmed machining program. In the pfrocess of processing, 

it is necessary to constantly abserve the processing state, especially the questiong of which two tools are available.

7. Quality inspection: After the machining is completed, the quality inspection shall be carried out to check the quality and dimensional error of the machined surface, 

the diameter and depth error of the hole, and surface, the diameter and depth error of the hole, and the shape and position tolerance of the parts, so as to ensure the quality and accuracy of the machined pasrts.

After the above steps are completed, the machining process of the CNC lathe is basically finished. During the whole process, we need fo pay atteintion to safety and ensure the safety of equipment ang personnel, At the same time, it also needs continuous fearning and practice to improve the processing accuracy and efficiency to meet the wider maiket demand.
