1、Select the appropriate processing method:

It can be cut by milling cutter, the number of teeth and increase of chip space are used to improve the tool structure.
4、Heat treatment technolohy:
The heat treatment methods to eliminate the processing stress of aluminum alloy material mainly include stress relief annealing,aging and so on.
The methods can reduce the deformation of the aluminum alloy material in the processing process.
5、Use cold treatment technology:
Cold treatment methods such as vibration aging and artificial cold sizing can be used to solve problem of processing deformation of aluminum alloy.
These methods have Nergy-saving, short production, low production cost and the like.
